HEALTHY VEGGIE RECIPES
If you keep only one resolution this year, make it this one. Eat more vegetables. Yes, Mom was right. Your body is crying out for the healthy nutrition packed into each brightly colored plant. If you're not a veggie lover, perhaps it's because your idea of cooking them is confined to a frozen package in the microwave, or boiling the life out of them in too much water. All 3 recipes sound good (yes going as veggie as I can this year) however not sure about the cheese...I read something recently about lowering bad cholesterol that stated to only eat cottage cheese. So I might have to try them with cottage cheese or tofu!
